Will graduated from Weber State University with a bachelor's degree in Magnetic Resonance Imaging. He was a Member of the Weber State Football team and was on the student athlete honor roll. He spent several years practicing as an MRI technologist before attending graduate school. Will completed a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Utah and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Will and his wife, Jaycee, have a two-year-old daughter, Ellis. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, basketball, golfing, rollerblading, and fitness.
